Air Canada, NAV Canada et al<\/h3>\n<h3>Nova Scotia Supreme Court File: Hfx No. 438657<\/h3>\n<p>The Supreme Court of Nova Scotia has approved the settlement of this class action. A copy of the Settlement Agreement and Settlement Approval Order are available in PDF in the Documents section.<\/p>\n<p>The Settlement will become effective in early August, 2026. Then, CFM Lawyers LLP, as the Court-appointed Administrator, will circulate the Court-approved Settlement Approval Notice. They will also provide each class member with a summary of their valuation for Individual Compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Class Members do not need to submit a claim form to receive compensation.
