RHA B and Estate of Menon<\/h3>\n<h3>New Brunswick Court File: N\/C\/41\/08<\/h3>\nOn July 4, 2019 the Court approved the settlement of this class action arising from alleged widespread pathology errors at the Miramichi Regional Hospital between 1995 and 2007.
