Bayer Inc. et al<\/h3>\n<h3>Nova Scotia Supreme Court File: Hfx No. 489864<\/h3>\nWagners filed a proposed class action lawsuit in the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, on July 4, 2019.\n\nThe proposed class proceeding was filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs against Bayer Inc., Monsanto Company, Monsanto Canada ULC and Monsanto Canada Inc.
