General Motors of Canada et al<\/h3>\n<h3>Nova Scotia Supreme Court File: Hfx No. 445800<\/h3>\nWagners commenced a proposed class action on behalf of individuals who owned a Volkswagen manufactured vehicle that used sophisticated illegal software in certain models that turned fuel emissions controls on only during official regulatory or other testing. At all other times, the emissions controls are suppressed.
