The food is said to be contaminated with Listeria<\/em> Monocytogenes which can cause illness. People who are immunocompromised or pregnant may experience severe illness or possibly death if they come in contact with Listeria. (1<\/a>)\n\nSymptoms that can be caused by ingesting Listeria<\/em> are vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headaches, and stiffness of the neck. It has been advised by the CFIA that if you have the recalled salad at home, you should throw it or return it to the location where you had purchased it.\n\nThe list of recalled products include the following:\n
