The certified action alleges that Class Members did not receive the product they had bargained for, and that Class Members should therefore be provided with a return of the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Defendants have agreed to pay up to a total of $2,310,000 CDN. For the proposed settlement to become effective, it must be approved by the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia.
