In earlier reporting, CBC said Semenchuck pleaded guilty to breach of trust and unauthorized use of a computer after contacting 33 women using information accessed through police databases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to CBC, the two women allege Semenchuck used his position, police access, and false identities to pursue relationships with them.
