Widely seen as Atlantic Canada’s most active plaintiffs’ class action firm, Wagners acts for individuals and class members in complex, often high-profile litigation, locally and nationally. Our class actions address diverse and interesting subject matter, including cases involving institutional abuse, pharmaceuticals, environmental issues, privacy breaches and other cases that raise important access‑to‑justice and public accountability issues.
The role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team of experienced litigators on important social justice issues.
