Wagners has filed a proposed class proceeding arising from a mass privacy breach of health information by a clerical employee at All Saints Hospital in Springhill, NS. It is believed that over 1,000 patients were notified in January 2026 by Nova Scotia Health of the widespread breaches. An action has been filed in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court seeking a remedy for the individuals who have received these letters.
