To receive money from this Settlement, you must submit a completed Claim Form by June 6, 2025.

We have been advised by class counsel in Ontario that they have filed their motion record seeking certification of the proceeding as a class action with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. At this time the Court has yet to schedule dates for the certification motion.
