The Honourable Justice LeBlanc has formally issued an Order discharging the duties of class counsel, the claims administrator, facilitators and evaluators.
On February 7, 2011, Wagners commenced a class action on behalf of individuals who resided at the Nova Scotia Home for Colored Children in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
The action sought compensation for former residents who suffered systemic sexual, physical and psychological abuse while residing at the Home.
