
Halifax, Nova Scotia — Wagners Law Firm is proud to announce that Lyndsay Jardine, Partner, has been appointed King’s Counsel (K.C.).
The King’s Counsel designation is one of the highest honours in the legal profession, awarded to lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional merit, professional integrity, and significant contributions to the practice of law in Nova Scotia.
Called to the Bar in 2006, Lyndsay joined Wagners in 2016 and since then has built a respected practice representing injured plaintiffs in complex personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, medical and dental malpractice, municipal liability, and multi‑party litigation. In doing so she has appeared before courts throughout Atlantic Canada, earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike, and has been recognized as a leading practitioner in her areas of practice by Lexpert and The Best Lawyers in Canada.
Her appointment as King’s Counsel reflects not only her accomplishments in litigation, but also her longstanding commitment to supporting and strengthening the legal profession across the region. Lyndsay is currently serving as the Vice-President Elect and Treasurer for the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyer’s Association and is the former Chair of The Advocate’s Society Atlantic Regional Advisory Committee.
