The Nova Scotia RCMP are currently investigating sexual abuse at Pentz Elementary School in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, under the jurisdiction of the South Shore Regional Centre for Education (SSRCE). These incidents involve alleged sexual assaults and led to the initiation of an investigation by the RCMP following reports implicating a male employee. The name of the employee has not been released. These allegations, dating back to Oct. 25, 2023, resulted in the employee’s absence from the school since Oct. 26, 2023.
In the course of the RCMP’s investigation they have uncovered additional victims. The RCMP are now appealing to parents and guardians to talk with their children[1]
