There is a national class action being advanced by Rochon Genova, a law firm in Toronto.  That firm has reached a resolution with GM, and you may have a claim to put forward in that matter.  A claims fund valued at $12 million has been established to provide restitution to eligible class members.

We have been advised by class counsel in Ontario that they have filed their motion record seeking certification of the proceeding as a class action with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. At this time the Court has yet to schedule dates for the certification motion.
