Cae Heron

Cae joined the medical malpractice and class action teams at Wagners in 2024, after graduating from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen’s University before pursuing her legal studies. During law school, Cae was actively involved in the Business Law Society, Career Development Committee, served as a peer mentor, sat on the Admissions Committee, and led Academic Orientation. In her final year, she spent a semester studying abroad in Barcelona.

Currently, Cae is completing her articles with Wagners and is expected to be called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2025. Her practice focuses on assisting victims of medical malpractice and representing plaintiffs in provincial and national class actions. Outside of work, Cae is an avid reader, loves to travel, and enjoys a good Pilates class.
