Dayna MacGillivray

Dayna joined the Wagners team in February 2017. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with a focus on the area of Restorative Justice practices, in 2014 from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, B.C. She went on to receive her Paralegal Diploma from Maritime Business College in 2017.

Dayna is assistant to Ray Wagner, Maddy Carter and Kate Boyle in the practice area of class actions, but also has experience working in the area of Motor Vehicle Accidents and Occupier Liability cases.

Outside of work, Dayna enjoys visiting her hometown of Victoria, B.C. and spending time with her family exploring various communities across Nova Scotia.
