As the Supreme Court of Canada has denied the Plaintiffs and the Class Members an opportunity to appeal the decision which overturned the certification of the class action, this matter is now concluded.

Wagners is no longer accepting enquiries from individuals at this time as the proposed class action, which was originally certified by the Honourable Justice John D. Murphy, was overturned by the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
Our efforts to have the Supreme Court of Canada review the Court of Appeal`s decision was rejected.
